Who we are
Customer 1st Consulting provides consulting and training services to dental and orthodontic practices. This policy explains what we collect through this website, why, and what you can ask us to do about it. You can reach us at info@c1cnow.com or on (559) 707-4286.
What we collect
We only collect what you choose to send us through the enquiry form:
- Your name, email address and phone number
- Your practice name, practice type and team size
- The service you are interested in and your message
- Your consent to be contacted about the enquiry
We do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics profiling on this site.
Why we use it
Solely to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to deliver the consulting engagement. We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not add you to a marketing list without your asking.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become engagements are deleted once the conversation has clearly ended. Client records are retained for as long as the working relationship requires and for any period required by law afterwards.
Third parties
A small number of external services are involved in running this site:
- Google Fonts serves the typefaces used here.
- Vimeo hosts the client testimonial videos. Videos are not loaded until you click play, so Vimeo receives nothing about you before then.
- Google Maps powers the optional map on the contact page. It is not loaded until you click it.
- Your form handler — if a form back end is configured, submissions pass through it to reach us.
Cookies and local storage
This site sets no tracking cookies. It stores one value in your browser's local storage to remember when you dismissed the demo notice, so it is not shown again immediately. That value never leaves your device.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@c1cnow.com and we will action it.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update this page and the date below.
